A popular format is a 1-day intrapreneurship workshop where we initially work with senior management to define a Design Challenge, we then lead an intensive workshop where participants work in teams to analyze the challenge, build a customer persona, use Design Thinking to generate ideas, build business models and prototypes, validate their ideas through real customer interviewing and finally pitch their ideas to the leadership team at the end of the day.
